Before I started working out with Grady, I could barely lift 185. By the end of our training I was repping 225 with ease and now I'm maxing 315. My squats went up and my core was way stronger!! Grady helps people buy in to what is actually possible.

I've grown up surfing competitively, and the past couple months working with Grady I have felt a big progression in my surfing. I like that he focuses on my weaknesses and to make me stronger. You get out what you put in!!

Winning Miss Alabama with a Preliminary Swimsuit Award would not have been possible without Grady. He took me to the next level in my training and fitness goals. Prior to working with him, I felt stuck where I was physically. I was working out and eating well but was not fully where I wanted to be to compete. Grady knew exactly what needed to be done to get me to that place. As a dancer, I wanted to make sure I was toning (not bulking) and was maintaining my flexibility. I left each workout feeling accomplished and quickly noticed results. After only 1 month of training 3x a week, I found myself more confident and truly in the best shape of my life. Grady pushed me to be my best while encouraging me every step of the way. If you have a goal, Grady is the guy to get you there!
